Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered by NNG Logistics Limited. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Any orders placed after 11am will be processed the following working day (Excludes Saturdays which will be 10am any orders after that will be processed on Monday)

2. Shipping Methods

We offer both UK and international delivery options:

  • Uk Tracked Delivery – Royal mail tracked 24
  • International Tracked Delivery – 5–10 business days, depending on location

We ship using Royal Mail. 24 hours is a estimated and not guaranteed. Royal Mail’s service terms state that delivery dates are delivery aims, which means parcels may occasionally take longer to arrive — especially during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays.

3.Proof of Delivery

Royal Mail provides GPS tracking data and proof of delivery when a parcel is marked as delivered. If Royal Mail confirms that a parcel has been delivered to the correct address provided at checkout — including confirmation via GPS coordinates or delivery scan — we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

If you believe a delivery has been mis-scanned or incorrectly marked as delivered, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation so we can raise the issue with Royal Mail. We will support the investigation process and keep you informed of the outcome.

4. Tracking

Tracked services include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that peptides can legally be imported into their country. NNG Logistics Limited is not liable for packages seized by customs or delays caused by import regulations.

6. Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct before placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and your parcel is delivered elsewhere, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. If you realise you have made a mistake, please email us immediately before dispatch.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

£9 re-delivery fee uk (to cover postal and handling costs) will apply to resend the parcel.

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage (including the packaging) We are unable to offer a refund or replacement for damaged items reported after this period.
